1. Platform Nature & Scope of Services

PackersMoversCompare.com ("Platform", "Company", "We", "Us") is a technology intermediary and reverse-bidding marketplace connecting individuals and entities seeking relocation services ("Customers") with independent, verified relocation service providers ("Mover Partners").

The Platform provides lead matching, itemized quote comparison tools, escrow deposit protection, and milestone tracking. The actual logistics and physical moving services are provided by independent Mover Partners who operate under their respective commercial transport licenses.

2. Mover Partner Verification Protocol

All Mover Partners admitted to submit quotes undergo our proprietary 5-Level Verification Protocol, encompassing:

• Level 1: Proprietor identity check (PAN and Aadhaar validation).
• Level 2: Commercial business registration (GSTIN or Udyam MSME verification).
• Level 3: Physical operational address & commercial vehicle registration (RC books).
• Level 4: Business banking validation & active transit insurance proof.
• Level 5: Platform service quality track record and zero-tolerance dispute history.

3. Transparent Reverse-Bidding & Anti-Spam Guarantee

To protect consumer privacy, customer phone numbers and contact details are masked ("Zero Spam Broadcast"). Contact information is exclusively revealed to the single Mover Partner selected and confirmed by the customer through our platform. A customer request will receive quotes from a maximum of 3 to 5 eligible movers.

4. Escrow Protection & Milestone Release

When a customer accepts a quote through the Platform, the agreed advance or booking deposit is held in a protected escrow structure. Escrow funds are only released to the Mover Partner after physical delivery is confirmed via the customer's unique 4-digit Delivery Verification OTP.

5. Limitation of Liability

While the Platform exercises thorough verification standards, Mover Partners operate as independent commercial contractors. Customers are strongly encouraged to declare high-value goods and opt for Transit Insurance coverage for household and vehicular goods.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
